As a General Rule, returns are only allowed on defective products. Please contact me for general repairs for a "no hassle" resolution. Since all items are handmade... if I am unable to repair it, I will replace it with another item of similar value. For returns: you pay when shipping to me, I pay when shipping to you. For other special requests simply contact me.

Please understand that most of these products are going to be "fragile" due to their designs. The more you take care of it, the longer you will enjoy your jewelry. I am available to do a yearly cleaning for certain items such as goldfilled, silver, and copper items. Contact me and leave a message for any questions or care of your particular item if interested.

Can be cleaned with all-purpose jewelry/copper cleaner. Or a solution of lemon and salt. Rinse well.
