My Guarantee / Return Policy

Most of my pieces can be considered of a very delicate nature. Some more than others. Jewelry tends to be an item that needs extra care if you want it to last. When you purchase any of my pieces you already know what you are getting as you are the one that chose that style, shape, size, etc. so my gurantee to you would be limited to a faulty design, or a broken component especially if it breaks during the first 60 days of purchase.

Rather than offer you a refund, and it is understood that on ocassion that may be the case, I would like to first be given the opportunity to fix your piece of jewelry by reparing it or making it stronger whenever possible. If I can't fix it, or cannot make another identical piece due to it's original design, I would like to offer you another item of similar price of your choice or make you something similar.

Even if you've lost an earring, or want a custom piece or would like a different post, hook, etc... I may be able to offer you a solution. I will always be here for you, that is always my Guarantee to you.

For your information wires that I mostly work with are predominatly Goldfilled, Sterling Silver, Copper, Brass. But I also use costume jewelry trending wires and components (not to include Nickel), it just depends on the design. I hope you enjoy your purchase. Thank you again for choosing one of my pieces.
